Payment Terms:
All orders are subject to acceptance by Peters' Group, Inc. Prices are subject to change without written notice by Peters' Group, Inc. Wholesale accounts will have net 30 days from date of invoice. A monthly interest charge of 1.5% (18% per year) will be applied to any amount outstanding after 90 days. We will accept personal checks, and money orders payable to Peters' Group, Ltd. We do not accept cash. Sorry, no CODs.

Phone: You may place your order via telephone by calling our order department Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST at (574) 534-0565.
Fax machine: Complete your order form and fax it back with all payment information included. You may fax an order 24 hours a day 7 days a week at (574) 534-2721.

Shipping Conditions:
All items are packed with a high-quality corrugated display box and shipping
box for the protection of each product being shipped. Peters’ Group, Ltd. will
ship all small orders via UPS. Large wholesale accounts will ship common carrier. Please
allow 10 -14 business days for the product to arrive at your doorstep. Shipping may
take longer during holiday times and poor weather conditions. Order early to
avoid disappointment. All shipments are UPS Ground. Include your street address only;
a P.O. box is not accepted through UPS shipping. We do not offer express shipping
services. In order to keep shipping rates low, our rates are based on single
pack orders. Additional shipments will result in a higher shipping rate.
All Canadian and international orders will result in a separate shipping rate.
Customer Service:
Our customer service department will handle any questions you may have on the
product you selected and the quality of the contents. We are here to better
serve you. If we shipped the wrong package, you will not be responsible for
shipping charges. We will gladly pay the return shipping freight for an
exchange of product. If parts become damaged due to shipping, please return them to
us and we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. You must return all damaged parts to
receive the new parts at no cost to you.

Address Corrections:
Please check the accuracy of address information on all orders you place. If
the carrier must make a change en-route, this may delay your order by several
days, or make the package undeliverable. Additional shipping charges may
apply. If you have recently moved, be certain your bank or credit card company
has the new address on file before you place an order with us. We want your
toy to arrive at the proper destination.
Your Privacy
Peters’ Group, Inc. does not and will not ever share its mailing list with any
other company or mailing list
service. Your privacy is important to us. All information received from our
customers will be held in the strictest of confidence. We do not telemarket to
our list. We value each and every customer we have.
